The Wheatsheaf At Beetham

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Sandside. Competent workers, sumptuous breakfast, perfect location. We didn't like the bed, it was very old, however it was truly a really unforgettable stay.

I did not want to leave, spent nice time and would recomand. The breakfast here was super with smoked salmon and very nice bread, for example. The staff were ready to help, I enjoyed them all, they are experienced. It was good to have warm drinks in the cafe bar. Spectacular location of the place - 5 minutes walk from bus station.

The hotel was efficient, had exceptional location and staff. I loved a very stylish decor and contemporary furniture. It was adequate and had a splendid view of cathedral. The property was near the astonishing beach.

Optimal location, good value, customer-facing staff, large breakfast. Big bed, freshly renovated room that has a marble-lined bathroom.

Modern looking and tidy place to stay in. The views from my separate bedroom were unforgettable. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. This hotel was in a downtown area👍

Staff were supremely helpful, location was so excellent! Comprehensive breakfast, great service. Good standard and good standard room with balcony, coffee and climate control. The pool was very clean and I had carbonated drinks in the piano bar.

worth its 3 stars. by and large, it was best base for sightseeing in sandside, had much fun. the large bathroom was the best.

The property is just quiet. Regards to your chef. Had good sleep at the double room. The hotel is in the lake district.

The staff was LOYAL and the accommodation was awesome. An ironing set, a multi-channel television and a writing desk were appreciated. Moreover, we parked our car onsite.
